WordPress 2.7 Beta 1 Is Out

The first public beta of WordPress 2.7 is available to download today on 01 November,2008. You can join the thousands of people already testing 2.7 by downloading wordpress 2.7 Beta 1.
So what’s new in wordpress 2.7? A lots of new features will be added to this version included Menus, Contextual Access Tabs, Module Layout, Stats, Recent Drafts, etc. But the most interesting feature is the new visual design, I guess

Unfortunately the final release will not be available on November 10th as originally scheduled, a release candidate available instead.The release candidate is intended to be a high-quality, almost-finished release that everyone can use. The wordpress 2.7 final release is suspected to be released by the end of November (a bit of sadness )
